1/2 Cup Skim Milk

Snack:
4oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese

Lunch:
1/2 Cup White Rice
3/4 Cup Chili w/ Beef and Beans

Snack:
50g Sliced apples, raw with skin
4tbl Reduced fat Peanut Butter

Dinner:
Rock Bottom's Happy Hour Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla
3 x 12oz Beers
