Holly March 18 (Day One)

Breakfast:
1 Cup of Cinnamon Life Cereal
1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Milk

Lunch:
Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Jumbo Rigatoni with Meatballs

Snack:
50g Sliced Raw Apples (with skin)
2tbls Smucker's Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

Dinner:
1/4 Cup Chili with beef and beans
1/4 Cup White Rice

Snack:
4oz Lite Cottage Cheese (2%)

I'm wondering if I need to eat more during my snack in the middle of the day...I'm just about making it to 1000 calories for the day...
