Phil's day 3/20

Breakfast: Special K Meal Bar (9:30 am)
Snack: 4 oz Cottage Cheese (12:00)
Lunch: Cup of Oatmeal and 8oz of Fruit salad (2:00)
Snack: Coffee (4:00pm)
Snack: Banana (6:45pm)
Dinner: Corn Beef, Cabbage, Boiled potato, 1 can of Bud Select (7:45pm)
Snack: Baked Chips and Salsa (9:30pm)
Water: 96oz
